As you know, My Vision Express has integrated with our most advanced subscription product, Frames Data IDA . With your IDA subscription, you can add comprehensive frame information directly into your practice management software over the web. No disc to load!
All you need to do is enter your Frames Data IDA username into My Vision Express. If you don't already know your username, you can email customerservice@framesdata.com to request it.
Here's how:
1. On My Vision Express, click File and select Set Up, then Company.
2. Click on the Integration Settings tab.
3. Type your Frames Data username under indicated field.
With your Frames Data IDA subscription entered into your software, you can now import frames from manufacturers and collections that you carry directly into My Vision Express. This video will help you import frames and sync your current inventory with the latest information on Frames Data.
