Since we began offering this service in August 2022, nearly all new subscribers have opted to take us up on the offer, with only a handful of practices opting to set it up on their own.

And we recommend it, too! According to Jane George, Product Manager for My Frame Gallery, Galleries that are set up by the Frames Data product team in general have better outcomes.
"We've seen that Galleries that are set up by the Frames Data product team definitely tend to be implemented faster than those that we did not set up," said George. "And beyond that initial set up, the Galleries we set up tend to have higher engagement from both staff members and patients! They have higher user sessions and page views, as well as more Favorites list submissions."
George attributes the higher engagement to a couple of factors. "For one thing, Practices are so busy these days, they may not have the time to focus on the set up, and the project can get delayed and lose momentum. When we do it, we can really keep the process moving quickly, without losing momentum. And then secondly, once set up is basically complete, we like to have a kick off meeting with the practice to answer any questions and help them implement staff training, and even offer marketing ideas to help drive the engagement. So far, it's been very successful."
