How have patients responded to your Gallery?

Patients really like the option of browsing online with My Frame Gallery.  I think the ability to look at frames before you come in gives you a starting point that really helps to take away the stress of glasses shopping.  And we like it because even if we don't have that particular frame they sent us we can pick out similar frames and have them ready when the patient comes in.  

 

How user-friendly is My Frame Gallery?

I actually really like the admin site and how easy it is for me to update our Gallery. For example, when certain brands are restocked, I can switch up the order the brands are displayed in so that the restocked brands show up first. It’s a great way to highlight those brands, as well as any other frames I want to showcase.

Your gallery ranks in the top 10% of galleries (measured by page views). To what do you attribute that success?

We made sure to add a link to the Gallery to every appointment reminder we send, and that ensures that people are finding the Gallery and sending in their Favorites lists.

And you use the Favorites list to have some frames ready for the patient when the arrive, is that right?

Yes, and it makes the whole frame selection process feel so special from the start.  The patients love the fact that the frames are ready to try on and they can see if they like what they selected.  We do notice the stress of shopping our frame selection is much lower with the patients that have already looked online and favorited a few. They almost seem more relaxed and excited to look at the rest since they already have some set aside that will work.

 

Anything else you’d like to tell us? 

Yes, we also love all the monthly metrics My Frame Gallery provides, we can see where the traffic is coming from and what they are looking at, and that’s valuable information. All in all we have been super happy with My Frame Gallery.
