A file upload enables you to display the actual frames in your inventory with minimal effort
Subscribers to My Frame Gallery have a new option for set-up, and the result will be a Gallery that matches the frames they actually have in inventory.
Frames Data can accept a one-time file of inventory information (in .xls or .csv formats) which can then be used to populate a new Gallery. The inventory file must have the following fields:
- UPC code
- Manufacturer or Brand Name
- Style Name
This option is ideal for eyecare providers that:
- Want to display the exact styles they have in inventory (provided the frames are already listed in Frames Data)
- Want an easy way to jump start their Frame Gallery set-up with minimum fuss
Can your practice management/inventory software provide an inventory file as described above? Please contact your software provider for further directions on creating this file.
Things to be aware of:
- Imports are only available on a one-time basis at this time.
- Frames that are not listed in Frames Data will not appear in your Gallery.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for the import to complete.
