If you get a 64-bit error message when you try to install SPEX UPC, keep reading.

You received your new SPEX UPC and you're all sorts of excited! You see the SPEX UPC folder in your computer and you click the files to get started, when suddenly…ERROR MESSAGE? What does it mean that the disc is only compatible with a 64 bit machine???

16-Bit-Error

Don’t worry! There’s nothing wrong with your SPEX UPC disc! The thing is, Frames Data SPEX UPC can only be used from inside a third party software interface. This means that you can’t click on the files directly from the SPEX folder on your computer. You’ll need to install the latest SPEX UPC from within your practice management software.

Check the Frames Data support page to see instructions on how to install SPEX UPC for select practice management software. If you don't see directions for your software package, please contact your vendor.
