How to Connect Frames Data and VisionWeb (And Why You Want To)

Why connect Frames Data to VisionWeb? Because you'll be able to see the most up-to-date wholesale prices and full-color frame images within VisionWeb's lens ordering engine! Follow these easy steps to link your account:

Connect Frames Data and VisionWeb

1. Inside the lens engine, fill in all the required Rx information. The Frames Data Account window should appear (see below). Click the button labelled “Connect Frames Data Account to Access More Features!”

2. A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your Frames Data Online username under "Frames Data Account Number". If you aren't sure what your user name is, email customerservice@framesdata.com. Once you finish entering it in the assigned field, click the Submit button.

*After clicking Submit, you’ll notice that the Connect button will turn green. This signifies that you have successfully connected your VisionWeb account with your Frames Data subscription.

Added Features with Frames Data

  1. Continue filling in the frame's manufacturer, brand, model, and other details. Once you finish, you'll notice that a full-colored image of the frame, along with the wholesale price, will appear on the right-hand side of the window.

  1. To see a larger image of your selected frame, just hover your mouse over the thumbnail.
