Getting Past January

The new year is prime season for price changes. How are you managing?

In just the first month of the year, Frames Data processed over 1250 total price changes!

That means that there are almost certainly frames in your inventory that need to be updated so that you ensure your retail pricing and managed care claims are accurate.

Unfortunately making these updates by hand is a HUGE HEADACHE!

Here are some ways to make the updating process less stressful in the future.

  1. Are you an IDA subscriber? If so, just use the automated updating features your software provides.
  2. Not an IDA subscriber because your software isn’t compatible? Call your software provider and ask them to integrate with Frames Data IDA. With IDA, you’ll be able to access updates every day and see if any changes have been made to the frames in your inventory. That’s a requirement for all new integrations.
  3. Check for price changes on Frames Data Online. Use your barcode scanner to create a list of current wholesale prices, then check those prices in your software.  Watch this video for step by step instructions.

Find out more about Frames Data IDA and why we think it’s a big deal.
