How do I use Frames Data IDA?

Frames Data IDA requires the following:

• An active Frames Data IDA subscription
• A Frames Data User Name
• A practice management or inventory software program from the list below

When you subscribe to Frames Data IDA, you will create a Frames Data User Name.  Simply enter your user name into your software to turn on access.

You may need to do something when you want to update depending on how your software provider has set up their system.  Sometimes that involves a simple loading or synchonization process,  but in general the process should be relatively quick and easy. 

Each system works slightly differently, so check with your software provider for full instructions on how to update.

What software can I use with Frames Data IDA?

As of this writing the following software programs have completed an IDA integration:

• RevolutionEHR**

*Users of Eyefinity Practice Management are required to obtain a license for Frames Data IDA-Eyefinity Practice Management Edition.  Other versions of Frames Data IDA will not work inside Eyefinity Practice Management.

**RevolutionEHR will be updating its Frames Data integration to a Frames Data IDA product in coming weeks.  Stay tuned for more information.

Multiple Location Licenses

Frames Data licenses are based on the size of your business.

If you have multiple locations in your practice, you are required to purchase a license that covers all physical locations. 

This policy applies whether you plan to manage inventory in one central location or if each location will access the data individually.
