Grow Gallery Engagement with Appointment Reminder Emails
Send an appointment email and boost your patient engagement [SAMPLE EMAIL BELOW]
You probably already send out a reminder notice to patients to encourage them to show up at the right time. It's a key opportunity to interact with patients, and better yet, an opportunity to leave the right impression for your business.
One sure way to make it a more valuable experience for your patients? Add a My Frame Gallery link to the reminder email.
After all, what better time to get them to browse your frames than right before their appointment?
You'll get them excited about your frame selection and jump-start the selection process, potentially cutting down on in-office time spent choosing frames.
And speeding up the selection process gets them closer to their purchasing decision too, which is a definite win!
- short and sweet is better than long and wordy
- don't cram sentences together, be sure to put spaces between sentences
- add your own personality where possible and you can't go wrong!
You'll find additional email writing tips here.
